When do you need to place an order to be sure you'll get what you want?
Our standard inventory during the off-season is no problem. We can usually handle most requests with a week’s notice. Some specialty items that we don’t keep in large quantities may sell out. During May–June, August–September, and December, demand is high, so advance planning is required.
How long can you rent it for? When can you pick it up?
A rental is valid for three days but covers a single rental period: pickup day, usage day, and return day. If the rental period includes a Friday or Saturday, the rental items are picked up or delivered on Thursday or Friday and returned on Monday; see our hours of operation here. Quotes are available for longer rental periods.
Can I change my order?
Changes can be made up to one week before the delivery date. Any additions can be made up to three days before, but we cannot guarantee that the items will be available.
When is the latest I can cancel?
Cancellation of orders with a value exceeding 100,000:- (excluding VAT) will be charged in full regardless of the booking date (materials will be charged, but not services such as transportation, furniture delivery, etc.). Orders with a value of 10,000:- to 100,000:- (excluding VAT) may be canceled up to 30 days before the delivery date (materials will be charged, but not services such as transportation, furniture assembly, etc.). Orders with a value of less than 10,000:- (excluding VAT) may be canceled up to 7 days before delivery (materials will be charged, but not services such as transportation, setup, etc.). However, tent reservations must be made at least four weeks in advance. All cancellations must be sent to our email address info@rentgroup.es and confirmed in writing by us to be considered valid.
Are dishes and laundry included?
Dishwashing is included for glasses, silverware, and dishes; however, glasses must be emptied and food scraps scraped off the dishes. Regular cleaning of linens and furniture is also included in the rental price. It is important that the linens are not packed away while wet or damp upon return.

We can deliver and pick up rental items for an additional fee; see our shipping rates here.
Priser?
All our prices are listed exclusive of VAT, which is 25%. The prices on the website are based on rentals within a standard rental period (three business days: one delivery day, one day of use, and one return day). If the rental period is longer, the rental rate will be higher. If transportation is requested, an additional fee applies; see the price list here.
What happens if something breaks or is missing?
Orders are counted before and after use. Missing or damaged goods will be charged at the purchase price plus 25% to cover handling and shipping costs.
Is the rental property insured?
The renter is responsible for the rental equipment during the rental period (from pickup to return). In cases where we handle delivery, we are responsible for the rental equipment during transport. Normally, standard home insurance or business insurance can cover the rental equipment. For larger events, additional insurance may be required, and the renter is responsible for this.

How do I pay?
Payment is due upon pickup by credit card or cash. Upon special agreement and following a standard credit check, payment may be made by invoice, due in 10 days net. A billing fee of 45:- applies.
Here's how to book
To rent our products or request a rental quote, please visit our online store. Please do not use our contact forms or email us directly with your rental requests.
Here’s how to do it:
- Go to the “Rent” page in the menu bar or click on a category box on the home page
- Select the product(s) you intend to rent
- Select the quantity, and when you’re done…
- Go to “Shopping Cart” at the top of the menu bar and check that everything is correct. You can change the quantity here if you wish.
- Click “Continue,” fill in all the required information, and agree to our terms and conditions.
You will see on the screen that your request has been submitted, and you will shortly receive a confirmation that we have received your request at the email address you provided.
Once our order processing team has reviewed your inquiry or request for a quote, you will receive confirmation of your inquiry or quote shortly, during business hours.
